This is not a traditional job — you'll draw on your hands-on expertise in building energy modeling, energy auditing, and performance benchmarking to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that helps AI better understand real-world building energy workflows.

• Use your domain expertise to create expert-level training questions and scenarios based on real building energy and auditing workflows.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to real-world energy modeling and auditing practices.
• Provide structured written feedback to help improve AI model performance.

• 2+ years of professional experience in building energy management, auditing, or modeling, in a role such as Energy Auditor, Building Energy Modeler, HVAC Energy Engineer, or LEED Energy Modeler.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: EPA Portfolio Manager or eQUEST.
• Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
