About the role

This role involves handling both general help inquiries and complex, data-heavy accounting and finance questions that require strong analytical and advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial data and provide accounting guidance.
Handle complex accounting, bookkeeping, and finance-related questions.
Provide advisory-based recommendations using financial data.

Preferred skills

SMB ownership or hands-on financial management experience (US based SMBs is a preference).

Experience and education

Senior Account professionals - CFO, COO (Finance), Financial Controller, Financial Director, VP (Finance), other Senior Finance Experts.
Experience supporting or advising SMB clients/business owners on accounting and financial matters (especially US based SMBs).
Must have an experience working with/advising three or more organizations.
5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, financial consulting, or related fields.
Experience as a CFO Advisor, Controller, Finance Manager, or Financial Consultant.
Experience handling complex accounting and finance-related queries.

Assessment requirements

Selection process - Vetsmith Challenge, Profile Screening by clients.

Schedule details

Commitment: Up to 40 hours per week.
