Project Title: Tutoring Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer Project.

This includes experience with university instruction, bootcamp mentoring, corporate enablement, or online course creation. This project will include challenging AI models on realistic educational scenarios involving reasoning quality, instructional value, pedagogical logic, and the creation of "gold standard" teaching exemplars.

Contractors will engage the model on complex instructional scenarios, validate whether its understanding of pedagogical concepts reflects best-in-class teaching practice, evaluate AI outputs for clarity and correctness, analyze subtle reasoning errors, document gaps in logic, and provide structured, rewritten explanations to elevate how the model reasons and teaches.

Deep expertise in instruction and structured reasoning is required to complete these deliverables, including the ability to communicate with high empathy and high rigor. Prior experience as a TA, tutor, lecturer, or course creator is highly valued, particularly with platforms like Udemy, Coursera, or Udacity. Clear, native-level English communication and the ability to accurately explain and document complex concepts in clear, logically sequenced steps are essential.
