This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a clear speaking voice and a reasonably quiet space to record. No voice acting background, no studio equipment, and no prior AI experience required — just your voice and a few hours a week.

Responsibilities
- Record clear, natural voice samples by reading provided scripts and responding to prompts.
- Vary your tone, pacing, and delivery style as directed to capture diverse speech patterns.
- Participate in both scripted reading sessions and natural conversational recordings.
- Ensure all recordings are clean, clear, and free of background noise.
- Complete brief metadata forms describing each recording session.
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Clear, natural speaking voice — any accent or speech style welcome.
- Comfortable reading aloud and being recorded.
- Reliable and self-motivated when working independently.
Preferred skills
- Experience in broadcasting, podcasting, narration, teaching, or public speaking.
- Familiarity with audio recording tools or software.
- Ability to deliver scripted content with varied emotional tone or emphasis.
- Background in linguistics, communications, or performing arts.
Experience and education
- No voice acting, audio production, or AI experience required.
Equipment requirements
Access to a quiet environment suitable for recording.
A microphone, headset, or smartphone with decent audio quality.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
