Thriveth is the independent trust layer for AI data training work.
Our mission is to make AI data training work more transparent and human.
Thriveth is an independent European platform based in the Netherlands, created for the people whose judgment and expertise help train and evaluate AI.
It started from the question how people can navigate technological change with greater clarity and confidence. It grew into a practical service for anyone trying to find their place in the expanding world of AI data training work.
Finding this work should not require hours of searching across different websites and platforms. Opportunities are scattered, important details can be difficult to compare, and it is not always clear which roles are worth your time. Thriveth exists to change that.
Our mission is to give you the information and transparency you need to navigate AI data training work with confidence and make informed decisions about where to invest your time, skills, and expertise.
Thriveth brings flexible AI data training opportunities together in one place and organizes the details that matter: pay, location, eligibility, expected hours, required skills, assessments, and the company behind each listing.
Members can review an application process or share their experience working with a company. Every review is moderated before publication, helping create a clearer and more transparent picture of what applicants and contributors can expect.
We are entering a remarkable period in which AI will accelerate discoveries across science, medicine, and technology, while reshaping how people live and work. Your knowledge, judgment, and attention can contribute to that progress by helping make AI systems more capable and useful. AI data training work offers an exciting opportunity to participate in a transformation that is already underway.
The AI work market will keep changing. Thriveth’s mission is to help you see it more clearly, so you can truly thrive in these unprecedented times.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Thriveth is an independent platform that helps you find and compare flexible AI data training work. It brings together job and company information, organizes key details such as pay, eligibility, hours, skills, and assessments, and lets members share anonymous, moderated reviews of application and work experiences.
-
Membership is free and is intended for people aged 18 or older. Thriveth is open to a global audience, but every job that is listed has its own country, residency, language, skill, and other eligibility requirements. A role described as remote is not necessarily available worldwide.
Any future paid product or service will be presented separately with its price and terms before purchase. -
Thriveth is an information platform, not your employer. You apply through the external company or its application system, and that company controls its assessments, selection, contract, work, and payment processes.
Thriveth does not decide who is hired and cannot guarantee selection, available work, earnings, or payment. -
Thriveth aims to use reliable public or company-provided sources and present important details consistently. However, roles can change or close without notice. Always check the original company page and confirm current pay, currency, eligibility, location, hours, assessments, classification, and contract terms before applying or accepting work.
You can report an error or closed role to info@thriveth.com. -
If you are signed in and enable follow-ups, Thriveth may digitally ask within approximately 24 hours whether you submitted an application, in order to initiate the feedback system.
Thriveth does not receive what you enter on the company’s form and has no influence over the hiring process. -
A review must describe your genuine first-hand application or work experience and be truthful to the best of your knowledge. Thriveth may require a private application trail or proportionate evidence of the relationship and timeframe. Every review is moderated before publication and may be approved, rejected, or returned for revision. Moderation means the review met Thriveth’s publication rules; it does not mean every statement made by the member was independently proven.
-
Public review pages do not display your name, email address, account ID, private evidence, or any evidence-storage details. However, unusually specific information could still make you recognizable. For this reason, we advise you to not name any individuals or include uniquely identifying anecdotes.
Private evidence is used only for verification, moderation, disputes, and enforcing the Terms. It is not published or shared with the reviewed company, and access is limited to you and authorized Thriveth moderators. Upload only what is necessary and redact unrelated personal or confidential information. -
Retention depends on the type of data:
Account and profile data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymized from active systems within 30 days after verified closure.
Saved jobs and alerts remain until you delete them or close your account.
An application trail is kept for up to 24 months after its most recent activity, or until account deletion.
Private review evidence is generally kept for 30 days after an abandoned draft, 90 days after a rejected or withdrawn review, or six months after an approved review is published.
Some records may be kept longer where required for security, disputes, fraud prevention, tax, or another legal obligation. The complete schedule is in the Privacy Policy.
-
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time. You can use the available account tools or email info@thriveth.com from the address connected to your account. Thriveth may verify your identity and normally responds within one month. More information about your rights and how to raise a concern is available in the Privacy Policy.
-
You can use the account area to withdraw a review, download available account data, or delete your account. If the tools are unavailable, contact info@thriveth.com. Withdraw a published review before deleting your account if you do not want it to remain public. After account deletion, an approved review may remain only if its account link has been irreversibly removed and the text does not reasonably identify you.
-
Use the permanent Cookie settings link to review or change your choices. Consent-based analytics, advertising measurement, and embedded video remain disabled unless you give the relevant consent, which you can withdraw at any time. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter through the link in each message. Creating a member account does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
-
Some jobs may offer a clearly disclosed optional referral route alongside the company’s standard direct application route. If you choose the referral route and meet the applicable conditions, Thriveth may receive a referral reward. Your choice of application route does not affect company ratings, review moderation, editorial selections, or the company’s hiring decision.
Thriveth Picks are unpaid editorial selections made independently by Thriveth. Any sponsored job placement will be clearly labeled as sponsored and may be paid for by a company seeking greater visibility for a particular role.
Payment never influences how reviews are moderated or displayed. Companies cannot pay Thriveth to remove an unfavorable review. Thriveth is independently owned and operated and is not owned, controlled, or editorially directed by the companies featured on the platform.

Email info@thriveth.com. For a content report, include the exact page or review, explain the concern clearly, and provide relevant supporting information.
