What to know

About TrustScale

TrustScale is the current name of the language and AI data company previously known as e2f. Founded by Michel Lopez more than twenty years ago, the company works across multilingual data operations, output verification, governance, evaluation and reinforcement learning.

AI data training work at TrustScale

TrustScale’s current AI Data Foundry overview shows more specific work than a generic annotation label: structured-query generation, 3D CAD tasks, STEM question conversion, image-sensitivity review, video preference evaluation, call-center transcription, fact-checking and response validation. Contributors can work across text, image, audio and video, while professional and multilingual reviewers support domain-specific quality and safety programs.

The public jobs page invites applications for remote global opportunities, but it does not expose one permanent crowd task list to every visitor. A project can require a particular language, location, professional field or content tolerance. The written project terms can help confirm whether a listing is contributor work or a regular employee vacancy.

What is it like to work at TrustScale?

Project contributors operate under the terms presented for the TrustScale platform rather than a guarantee of employment. Work may be remote and flexible, but the schedule, duration and compensation depend on the job or client program.

The public careers route is remote-first and global, but it mixes company positions with project contributor work. Joining a vendor pool does not guarantee immediate tasks; a live invitation should state the language or domain, content exposure, schedule, compensation and approval rules.

Recent developments and media coverage

In June 2026 e2f adopted the TrustScale name and repositioned the business around closing the “trust gap” in AI. For contributors, this is a company rebrand rather than a transfer to a separate worker platform, so older contracts, messages or legal references may still use the e2f name during the transition.

Application process at TrustScale

A TrustScale application asks for the requested language, location and professional details. Screening can include a CV review, language or subject test, annotation sample or interview. A content-safety project may also explain the sensitive material involved so you can decide whether it is suitable.

Screening is role-specific. A language project may use a fluency test, while expert, fact-checking or safety work can add subject questions, content notices and an annotation sample. Passing makes you eligible for the named project or matching pool, with paid work beginning after project-specific terms and access are confirmed.

A TrustScale application can lead to multilingual annotation, response evaluation, hallucination checking, safety review or reinforcement-learning feedback. Screening is therefore role-specific: a language project can use a fluency test, while expert or safety work may add subject questions, content notices or an annotation sample.
