Responsibilities
- Document workflows, scene setups, and asset creation pipelines.
- Collaborate asynchronously on 3D design and production projects.
- Create and deliver 3D assets using Blender and industry-standard tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues, optimization challenges, and technical problems.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency in Blender and one or more of the following: hard surface modeling, organic modeling, texturing/UV mapping, lighting and rendering (Cycles/Eevee), animation, or procedural workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on technical and creative tasks.
Experience and education
- 1–3 years of professional experience in 3D design, modeling, animation, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts, Animation, Game Design, or related field (or equivalent professional experience/portfolio).

Schedule details
Work is over the next 2-3 weeks, asynchronous, and assigned on a project-by-project basis, with an expected commitment of 10–20 hours per week for the projects you accept.
Time Commitment: 15 hours/week.
Start Date: ASAP.
