Professional experience in Voice Acting is greatly preferred but not required. We welcome people with speaking and audio experience through Music, Television, Podcasts, Twitch Streaming, Comedy, YouTube, Radio, or other related fields.

You must be a native speaker of Castilian (European) Spanish, born and raised in Spain. This role is distinct from our Mexican Spanish listing — please apply to the one matching your native variety.

You also need to be a proficient English speaker to ensure proper communication during the project.

Project logistics

Participants are paid $250 USD per finished hour, based on the length of submitted audio.

You'll need to commit between 2-10 hours per week.

Rolling start — onboarding begins once your contract is accepted and ID verification clears.

You will need to be available for a kickoff call.

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
