Responsibilities
- Design advanced biology questions and problems to rigorously test AI performance.
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions grounded in scientific logic and accuracy.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, depth of reasoning, and quality.
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level biology topics.
- Provide structured feedback that helps improve AI across complex scientific domains.
Required skills
- Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving ability across advanced biology domains.
- Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely in writing.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and rigorous thinking.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously.
Preferred skills
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems.
- Familiarity with AI language models or scientific benchmarking.
- Background spanning multiple biology sub-disciplines (e.g., genetics, microbiology, physiology).
Experience and education
- Pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- No prior AI experience required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible regions: Dallas
Compensation details
$35–$55 per hour.
