In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, relevance, and ethical standards.
• Develop and review data sets involving psychological case studies, assessments, and conversations for AI system training.
• Craft detailed written feedback and verbal insights to refine AI responses in contexts such as clinical scenarios, research vignettes, and therapeutic dialogues.
• Identify potential biases or inaccuracies within AI-generated outputs and propose evidence-based improvements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate psychological concepts and frameworks into AI model training processes.
• Ensure adherence to cultural, linguistic, and clinical best practices for diverse user scenarios.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing resources that guide ongoing AI development.
