Responsibilities
- Hold conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics — from everyday queries to complex, nuanced scenarios.
- Rate AI responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety.
- Identify problems such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or potential bias.
- Design creative and challenging prompts to stress-test AI behavior and surface edge cases.
- Document your findings clearly using structured feedback forms and rating rubrics.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Naturally curious and comfortable exploring a broad range of topics in conversation.
- Able to evaluate response quality objectively and articulate what makes an answer good or bad.
- Strong written communicator who can express observations clearly and concisely.
- Comfortable working with chat-based tools and digital platforms.
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
Preferred skills
- Experience in writing, editing, journalism, research, or customer experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbot platforms.
- An eye for tone, logic, and nuance in written communication.
Experience and education
- No prior AI, tech, or research experience required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible countries: Peru
Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
