Responsibilities
- Engage AI chatbots in conversations across a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to creative and complex scenarios.
- Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, safety, and tone.
- Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistency, or potential bias.
- Push AI limits with creative, nuanced, and challenging prompts.
- Submit structured, detailed feedback using provided evaluation tools.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas and asking good questions.
- Able to assess response quality objectively and articulate your reasoning clearly.
- Comfortable navigating chat-based interfaces.
- Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations.
Preferred skills
- Experience with writing, editing, journalism, or content evaluation.
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user.
- Background in research, critical analysis, or quality assurance.
Experience and education
- No prior AI, tech, or QA experience required.
Language requirements
- Strong written communication skills in English.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
