Responsibilities
- Hold conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics — from everyday questions to creative and complex scenarios.
- Rate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety.
- Spot problems like incorrect information, awkward phrasing, inconsistency, or potential bias.
- Push AI to its limits with creative, unexpected, or challenging prompts.
- Document your findings clearly using structured feedback forms and rating rubrics.
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own time, your own way.
Required skills
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across different topics and perspectives.
- Able to evaluate quality objectively and articulate why something works or doesn't.
- A clear, concise writer who can express feedback with precision.
- Comfortable using chat-based tools and digital platforms.
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
Preferred skills
- Experience in writing, editing, research, or content review.
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an everyday user.
- A background in any field that sharpens critical thinking — education, journalism, customer service, and more.
Experience and education
- No prior AI, tech, or QA experience required — your judgment and communication skills are what matter.
