Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated responses across text, image, and structured data formats for accuracy and relevance.
- Rate content quality using clear, structured rubrics and evaluation guidelines.
- Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI responses fall short.
- Provide well-documented feedback that directly guides AI model improvement.
- Work across a variety of topics and content types, keeping the work engaging and varied.
Required skills
- Sharp attention to detail with strong analytical thinking.
- Comfortable reading, evaluating, and critiquing written content at scale.
- Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently.
Preferred skills
- Experience in editing, research, fact-checking, or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with rubric-based evaluation or structured feedback.
- Curiosity about AI and how large language models work.
Experience and education
- No prior AI or technical experience required — we'll give you everything you need to succeed.
Language requirements
- Clear, concise written communication skills in English.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
