Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated responses across a variety of content types and topics for factual accuracy, relevance, and quality.
- Rate outputs using structured rubrics and clear evaluation guidelines.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide clear, well-documented feedback that guides model training and refinement.
- Work asynchronously on your own schedule across diverse subject areas.
Required skills
- Strong attention to detail with a natural eye for quality and consistency.
- Comfortable reading, evaluating, and critiquing written content across a range of topics.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision.
- Reliable with the ability to meet deadlines on task-based assignments.
Preferred skills
- Background in research, editing, writing, or content evaluation.
- Experience following detailed guidelines or rubrics in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with data quality concepts or structured feedback workflows.
Experience and education
- No prior AI or technical experience required — if you think critically and write well, you're a great fit.
Language requirements
- Clear and concise written communication skills in English.
