Responsibilities
- Complete structured tasks that directly train AI systems to become more accurate, helpful, and reliable.
- Label, classify, and rate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats.
- Evaluate AI outputs for quality, accuracy, tone, and consistency.
- Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics tailored to each task type.
- Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all assignments.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own time and workload.
- Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms.
- Reliable and consistent in delivering quality work.
Preferred skills
- Experience in content moderation, quality assurance, research, or writing.
- Familiarity with AI tools or platforms as an end user.
- Background in evaluation, editing, or analytical roles.
Experience and education
- No prior AI or technical background required.
Language requirements
- Strong written communication skills in English.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
