Responsibilities
- Complete structured tasks — including labeling, classifying, and rating AI-generated content — that directly improve AI model accuracy.
- Evaluate AI outputs across text, image, and audio formats using clear rubrics and guidelines.
- Provide consistent, high-quality feedback that helps AI systems learn from real human judgment.
- Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule and workload.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across a variety of task types and subject areas.
Required skills
- Detail-oriented and precise — you follow instructions carefully and spot inconsistencies others miss.
- Self-motivated and reliable — you can manage your own time and deliver consistent quality without supervision.
- Comfortable working with web-based platforms and digital tools.
- Curious and adaptable — you're comfortable working across diverse content types and topics.
Preferred skills
- Experience in content moderation, quality assurance, data entry, or research.
- Familiarity with AI tools or language models as an end user.
- Background in writing, editing, or critical analysis.
Experience and education
- No prior AI, technical, or industry-specific experience required.
Language requirements
- A clear communicator in written English.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
