Responsibilities
- Complete structured tasks that directly train and improve AI systems.
- Label, classify, and rate AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats.
- Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, quality, tone, and consistency.
- Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure high-quality, reliable results.
- Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Sharp attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
- Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms.
Preferred skills
- Experience in content review, editing, research, or quality assurance.
- Familiarity with AI tools or platforms as an end user.
- Background in data entry, annotation, or structured task work.
Experience and education
- No prior AI or technical experience required — we'll set you up for success.
Language requirements
- Strong written communication skills in English.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible countries: Canada
Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
