Responsibilities
- Listen to audio recordings and evaluate them for clarity, accuracy, and overall quality.
- Identify issues such as background noise, distortion, mispronunciations, or unnatural phrasing.
- Verify that transcriptions accurately match spoken audio content.
- Rate recordings using structured evaluation criteria and provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Work through batches of audio independently, at your own pace and on your own schedule.
Required skills
- A sharp listener with the ability to detect subtle differences in audio quality.
- Detail-oriented and consistent — you apply the same high standard across every review.
- Comfortable working with audio playback tools and digital interfaces.
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
Preferred skills
- Experience in transcription, voice-over, podcast production, or music.
- Familiarity with audio quality standards or evaluation workflows.
- Background in quality assurance, content review, or data annotation.
Experience and education
- No audio engineering or professional audio experience required.
Equipment requirements
In possession of a working pair of headphones or earbuds.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible countries: Indonesia
Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
