Mercor is hiring native Thai speakers to help capture and evaluate real, natural voice interactions with a next-generation AI assistant, in partnership with a leading AI lab.
You will use a specialized version of the app on your own Mac to complete everyday tasks by voice, then log and rate the AI's responses in your bilingual language.
Project Timeline
Start Date: Immediate.
Duration: 4 weeks.
Application & Onboarding
Upload your resume and application form.
Complete a 25-minute conversational interview on your background, experience, and motivations.
Set up your Mercor Expert email and complete technical setup.
Receive next steps and onboarding details within a few days.
Responsibilities
Use your voice to compose messages, emails, and notes across everyday apps.
Direct the AI to take actions such as generating images, formatting text, applying spreadsheet formulas, or summarizing documents.
Record accurate transcripts of your spoken queries, and produce a cleaned-up transcript.
Rate the AI's responses.
Log all task data in a structured tracking sheet and upload supporting recordings to a shared drive.
Required skills
Native or near-native proficiency in Thai (raised/native to Thailand preferred).
Able to understand and follow instructions in English.
MUST own a Mac with an Apple Silicon chip (M1, M2, or M3) running macOS Sequoia 15.0 or newer.
Regular, everyday use of common productivity apps (email, messaging, docs, spreadsheets, browsers).
Comfortable with detailed, structured data entry and self-directed quality review.
