Responsibilities
Use your domain expertise to create expert-level training questions and scenarios based on real retail construction and estimation workflows.
Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to real-world cost estimation and project management practices.
Provide structured written feedback to help improve AI model performance.
Experience and education
5+ years of professional experience in cost estimation or construction project management, in a role such as Cost Estimator or Construction Project Manager.
Hands-on experience with workflows such as detailed cost estimation and architectural plan review.
Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
