As an AI Data Trainer, you'll use your deep domain expertise to challenge, evaluate, and improve advanced language models on technical electrical engineering content.

• Design Complex Engineering Problems — Create challenging, domain-specific problems across circuit analysis, power systems, signal processing, electromagnetics, and more to rigorously test AI performance.
• Author Ground-Truth Solutions — Develop precise, step-by-step solutions and benchmark responses that AI models use as a reference for learning correct reasoning.
• Audit Technical Accuracy — Review and evaluate AI-generated code, circuit diagrams, and mathematical derivations for correctness, safety, and alignment with engineering standards (IEEE, NEC, etc.).
• Improve AI Reasoning — Identify flaws in AI logic and provide structured, expert feedback to help models think more like an engineer.

• Currently pursuing or holding a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• No prior AI or data annotation experience required.
