This is not a traditional job. You'll draw on your hands-on experience with electrical installation, wiring, troubleshooting, and code compliance to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that helps AI better understand real-world electrical workflows and practices.

This is an ongoing, project-based opportunity you can take on alongside anything else you have going on.

• Placement depends on current project needs, with opportunities to be considered for future projects as they become available.

• This project involves using your professional experience and hands-on knowledge of the tools you use in your daily work to create expert-level training data and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance. No prior AI experience required.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in electrical work, in roles such as:

  • Journeyman Electrician, Master Electrician, or Licensed Electrician.

  • Industrial Electrician, Commercial Electrician, or Residential Electrician.

  • Electrical Contractor or Electrical Apprentice (with 4+ years of field experience).

• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: electrical installation and wiring, circuit troubleshooting and diagnostics, blueprint and schematic reading, or NEC code compliance.

• Familiarity with tools such as multimeters, conduit bending equipment, AutoCAD Electrical, or electrical estimation software.

• Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
