Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated content related to employment law concepts, case studies, compliance scenarios, and best practices.
- Assess AI outputs for legal accuracy, practical relevance, and alignment with current employment law standards.
- Develop realistic employment law scenarios using your professional expertise.
- Draft scenario variations representing perspectives of lawyers, clients, HR professionals, and regulators.
- Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or faulty reasoning in AI-generated legal material.
- Apply your legal background to ensure training data mirrors authentic legal analysis, documentation, and decision-making processes.
Experience and education
- Senior-level employment lawyer with substantial professional experience in the EU or UK.
- Deep understanding of employment law, compliance issues, and practical case management.
- Skilled in critiquing legal documents, contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of offering actionable feedback independently.
- Residency in the UK or EU is required.
