Responsibilities
- Apply your EMR/EHR expertise to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI-generated content related to clinical systems and healthcare workflows.
- Review and assess the accuracy of AI outputs covering Epic, Cerner, and similar platform configurations.
- Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic scenarios in AI-generated implementation guidance.
- Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI understands healthcare IT.
- Draw on your experience with clinical and administrative workflows to ensure AI outputs reflect real-world best practices.
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows.
- Ability to evaluate and critique technical content for accuracy and real-world applicability.
- Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred skills
- Epic or Cerner certification.
- Experience across multiple healthcare settings (hospital, ambulatory, specialty).
- Prior involvement in data annotation, quality evaluation, or AI/ML projects.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA).
Experience and education
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR systems — Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible regions: Mumbai
Compensation details
$35–$75 per hour.
