Responsibilities
- Apply your EMR/EHR expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical systems, workflows, and healthcare IT.
- Review AI outputs for technical accuracy, clinical relevance, and real-world applicability.
- Assess how well AI understands system configuration, deployment processes, and healthcare operations.
- Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI models reason more accurately about EMR/EHR environments.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows.
- Ability to identify gaps between AI-generated outputs and real-world implementation realities.
- Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Preferred skills
- Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows.
- Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR.
- Background in healthcare IT consulting or project management.
- Prior exposure to AI or machine learning tools.
Experience and education
- Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

Compensation details
$35–$75 per hour.
