Responsibilities
Apply your EMR/EHR expertise to review and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content for accuracy, completeness, and real-world applicability.
Assess AI outputs related to clinical workflows, system configuration, and healthcare operations.
Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic recommendations in AI-generated guidance on Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms.
Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI understands and communicates healthcare IT concepts.
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows.
Ability to critically evaluate technical content against real-world healthcare operations.
Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Preferred skills
Epic or Cerner certification.
Experience with data annotation, data quality, or content evaluation.
Background in clinical informatics, health IT consulting, or digital health transformation.
Familiarity with AI tools or large language model evaluation workflows.
Experience and education
Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms.
