• Participate in recorded five-minute video conversations with another participant.
• Engage naturally by listening, reacting, and responding with genuine interest.
• Maintain clear video and audio quality throughout each session.

• Comfortable speaking confidently on camera and engaging with new people.
• Able to maintain good lighting, stable framing, and clear audio throughout recordings.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow project guidelines carefully.

• Camera capable of recording at 720p or higher with a minimum of 30 FPS.
• Laptop or desktop computer (tablets and phones not supported).
• External or USB microphone preferred for clear, natural audio.
• Good lighting and a distraction-free background.
• Stable internet connection capable of supporting smooth video calls.
