About the role

• You must be able to commit around 20 hours per week for this role.
• This contract is expected to last 2-3 weekss and includes promotion opportunities within the project.
• Successful contributions increase the odds that you are selected on future projects with Mercor.

Contract and Payment Terms

• You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
• This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
• Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
• Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.

• 30 minute AI interview.
• Asynchronous SWE exercise and project instructions quiz (2h total, paid $100 for completion).

• This role will pay $150-210/h depending on geography and experience-level.
• Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
