In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

• Listen to and review audio clips to assess the nativeness and fluency of AI-generated Indonesian speech.
• Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on language accuracy, pronunciation, intonation, and authenticity.
• Validate the cultural and contextual appropriateness of language used in audio samples.
• Document observations meticulously, ensuring clarity and actionable insight for model improvement.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to discuss findings and clarify guidelines as needed.
• Consistently deliver high-quality assessments within defined project timelines.
• Support the refinement of evaluation frameworks by sharing linguistically-informed suggestions.

• Previous experience in translation, localization, linguistics, content moderation, or language quality assessment (preferred but not required).
