This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to native and near-native Indonesian speakers who take pride in their language and want to do meaningful, well-compensated work on their own schedule.

Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated Indonesian translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness.
- Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues.
- Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Indonesian.
- Provide structured feedback on linguistic and cultural quality.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale.
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, thorough approach.
Preferred skills
- Experience in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics.
- Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows.
- Awareness of regional Indonesian language variations and dialects.
- Background in writing, journalism, or communications.
Experience and education
- No prior AI experience required.
Language requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Indonesian.
- Strong written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Solid command of contemporary Indonesian usage across different registers and contexts.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
