Strong candidates bring a background in linguistics, education, or another detail-oriented field, plus prior experience in human data work and a high proficiency score in the target language. They're meticulous readers who catch subtle cultural errors or awkward phrasing, and confident in turning quality trends into resources that improve alignment across their language group.
