• Use your domain expertise to create expert-level training questions and scenarios based on real upstream land and accounting workflows.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to real-world land administration and mineral title practices.
• Provide structured written feedback to help improve AI model performance.

• 2+ years of professional experience in upstream land administration or accounting, in a role such as Landman, Land Administrator, Lease Records Analyst, Revenue Accountant, or JIB Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: P2 Land, Excalibur, or CourthouseDirect.
• Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
