About the role

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. You will analyze patient and operational data to enhance healthcare outcomes, using your clinical acumen to inform the development and refinement of intelligent systems that support medical decision-making and workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and annotate clinical scenarios, patient cases, and healthcare data to guide AI algorithm development.
  • Review and provide expert feedback on AI-generated medical content, ensuring clinical accuracy and relevance.
  • Apply knowledge of diagnostic analysis, medicine, physiology, and healthcare protocols to diverse data sets.
  • Translate complex clinical terminology and workflows into actionable guidance for AI model training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to refine project objectives and deliverables.
  • Assess AI system outputs, identifying areas for improvement based on real-world clinical experience.
  • Maintain high standards of data security, privacy, and ethical compliance throughout all project tasks.

Preferred skills

  • Expertise in diagnostic analysis, general medicine, clinical protocols, and physiology.
  • Strong command of clinical terminology and ability to communicate complex concepts in writing and verbally.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail in clinical and data-driven contexts.
  • Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and the advancement of healthcare through innovative technology.

Experience and education

  • Current or recent experience in US clinical practice with completion of residency (consideration for those in final year).
  • Preference for contributors from general specialties such as internal medicine, family practice, or emergency medicine; select subspecialties also welcome.
  • Experience interpreting and working with electronic health records, patient data, or medical documentation.

Assessment requirements

  • AI Interview (~25 min), a short conversational screen to assess your experience and fit for the role.
  • Short questionnaire, if the interview goes well, we'll invite you to complete a brief follow-up to confirm fit and gather logistics.
  • Client review, strong candidates are shared with the client team for final selection.
  • Offer & onboarding, if selected, you'll receive an offer and begin onboarding. Expect to start your first tasks within 24–48 hours of receiving your credentials.
