About the role
You'll apply your language fluency and cultural judgment to evaluate and strengthen how these models handle sensitive topics in Turkish. No prior AI/ML experience is required — we'll train you on the workflow.
You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
Responsibilities
- Write expert-level prompts in Turkish across a range of sensitive subject areas.
- Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
- Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, and document the reasoning behind your judgments.
Preferred skills
- Based in Türkiye or the wider MENA region. This is a preference, not a requirement — applicants based elsewhere are welcome.
- Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
- Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
Experience and education
- A bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
- Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.
- Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.
Language requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Turkish, plus business-level written English.
Schedule details
Start date: Immediate.
This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.

Work arrangement: Fully remote

Compensation details
$23–$27 per hour.
- Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
