About the role

Responsibilities

  • Complete authentic personal finance workflow tasks using securely linked Canadian bank accounts, ensuring all personal information is redacted for downstream use.
  • Apply professional judgment on topics like RRSPs, TFSAs, FHSAs, mortgages, savings plans, and CRA personal tax filing, providing clear written explanations.
  • Critically review and evaluate AI-generated financial guidance against established rubrics, delivering concise, constructive feedback to improve model quality.

  • Support the creation and refinement of evaluation rubrics and grading criteria relevant to personal finance guidance and outputs.
  • Remain current with updates to Canadian tax, registered account, and savings regulations as they pertain to project deliverables.

Preferred skills

  • Experience in rubric-based evaluation, model output review, or AI system training projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft assessment guidelines, rubrics, or scoring criteria for complex financial topics.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with proven ability to explain technical financial concepts to a variety of audiences.
