- Apply expert judgment to provide guidance on UK-specific personal finance topics including ISAs, pensions/SIPPs, mortgages, savings, and HMRC Self Assessment, with clear and concise written explanations.
- Assess and critique AI-generated financial advice against defined rubrics, delivering actionable feedback to improve model performance and reliability.
- Verify and review financial documentation to illustrate how UK consumers and their advisers manage filing deadlines, account types, and financial decisions.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of evaluation rubrics and grading criteria for personal finance outputs.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes in UK personal tax, pension, and savings legislation that impact project deliverables.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in personal finance roles focused on UK household matters (ISAs, pensions/SIPPs, mortgages, Self Assessment).
- Professional background in banking, wealth management, financial advising/planning, accountancy, or tax planning—or experience managing your own advisory or tax practice.
- Professional credentials such as CFP, DipPFS, FCA-authorised IFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA, ATT; additional designations like CFA or CTP are a strong plus.
- Experience with rubric-based evaluation or model output review in AI or related fields (desirable but not required).
