About the role
In this role, you’ll use your hands-on experience with Procore and construction project management to demonstrate realistic workflows and contribute high-quality data that supports the development of next-generation AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Complete realistic construction project workflows within Procore.
- Demonstrate common Procore features and processes used in day-to-day construction projects.
- Work with project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, drawings, documents, inspections, and project records.
- Explain the steps taken to complete different workflows clearly and accurately.
- Review project information and identify errors, missing information, or workflow issues.
- Create realistic examples and scenarios based on actual construction practices.
- Document workflows and provide clear written feedback according to project guidelines.
- Collaborate asynchronously with the project team and complete assigned tasks within expected timelines.
Preferred skills
- Experience in construction project management, project engineering, construction operations, or a related field.
- Familiarity with common Procore workflows such as RFIs, submittals, drawings, inspections, documents, and project tracking.
- Ability to independently navigate Procore and complete common workflows.
- Strong understanding of real-world construction processes and terminology.
- Ability to clearly explain and document how tasks are completed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project instructions.
Experience and education
- Strong hands-on experience using Procore in a professional construction environment.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Compensation details
$90–$175 per hour.
