About the role
In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate, and annotate financial reports and statements for accuracy and completeness, providing insights based on established accounting standards.
- Assess and critique audit procedures, identifying gaps, best practices, and regulatory considerations for diverse business scenarios.
- Create and assess financial models, ensuring logical structure, accuracy, and actionable insights.
- Analyze and provide feedback on tax compliance practices and documentation, highlighting risks and compliance issues.
- Review a variety of legal and financial documents, offering detailed feedback on clarity, correctness, and alignment with regulations.
- Deliver clear and constructive written and verbal feedback on project materials, ensuring effective communication with cross-functional teams.
- Support the development and evaluation of data sets for AI training, leveraging your prior experience with human data processes such as data labeling, annotation, or model evaluation.
Required skills
- In-depth expertise in economics, accounting, law, government regulations, and taxation.
- Substantial experience preparing and auditing financial statements.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and budgetary controls.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication for technical subject matter.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Holding or having held one or more of the following job titles: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Cost Accountant, Financial Auditor, General Accountant, Internal Auditor, Revenue Tax Specialist.
Preferred skills
- Advanced certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CIA) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience advising on or implementing financial systems and controls.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex accounting concepts to diverse audiences.
Experience and education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Compensation details
$60–$120 per hour.
