Responsibilities
- Review AI-generated Norwegian translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness.
- Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues.
- Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Norwegian.
- Provide structured, detailed feedback on linguistic and cultural quality.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale.
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach.
Preferred skills
- Experience in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics.
- Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows.
- Knowledge of regional Norwegian language variations and dialects.
- Background in writing, journalism, or communications.
Experience and education
- No prior AI or tech experience required.
Language requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Norwegian (Bokmål and/or Nynorsk).
- Strong written communication skills in Norwegian.
- Solid command of contemporary Norwegian usage across different contexts and registers.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible countries: Norway
Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
