Responsibilities
- Author realistic prescription processing and adjudication scenarios.
- Write reference answers that show the correct workflow order, not just the end state.
- Grade model output for dosing math, sig interpretation, and safety flags.
- Catch answers that would fail in a real pharmacy queue.

Required skills
- Working knowledge of sig codes, NDCs, days supply math, and insurance adjudication.
Preferred skills
- Sterile or nonsterile compounding experience (USP 797/800).
- Specialty or mail order pharmacy and prior authorization experience.
- Pharmacy software fluency (Epic Willow, PioneerRx, or equivalent).
Experience and education
- Active CPhT (PTCB or NHA) or state pharmacy technician registration.
- 2+ years in a retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy.
- Fluent in sig codes, NDCs, days supply math, and insurance adjudication.
- You can document a pharmacy workflow clearly enough for someone else to follow it.

- Clear written English for documenting pharmacy workflows.
Assessment requirements

Written assessment. You may be asked to take a written assessment for further placement.
Onboarding. Sign the contractor agreement, connect Stripe, and get platform access.
Project match. You're matched to live work in your specialty, usually within a week of onboarding.
Schedule details
Fully remote, fully async. No fixed hours.
Minimum 10 hours per week, no maximum. Scale up or down week to week.
Able to commit at least 10 hours per week.
Time Commitment: 10 hours/week.
Start Date: ASAP.
End Date: Ongoing.

Compensation details
- $45 - $65/hr.
- $45 to $65/hr, paid weekly via Stripe. Your rate is set from your experience, not negotiated down after you start.
