Responsibilities
Use your domain expertise to create expert-level training questions and scenarios based on real power systems and T&D workflows.
Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to real-world grid planning and controls practices.
Provide structured written feedback to help improve AI model performance.
Experience and education
2+ years of professional experience in power systems engineering, T&D planning, or industrial controls, in a role such as Distribution or Transmission Planning Engineer, Power Systems Engineer, SCADA Engineer, or Control Systems Engineer.
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: CYME, PSS/E, ETAP, or WinCC.
Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
