Responsibilities
- Write original, creative prompts across a wide variety of topics, formats, and difficulty levels.
- Design questions and scenarios that challenge AI reasoning, accuracy, and creativity.
- Craft prompts specifically designed to probe for safety issues, edge cases, and unexpected behaviors.
- Follow detailed style guides and prompt-writing frameworks with precision.
- Iterate on your prompts based on project feedback and evolving research needs.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- Creative thinker with strong written communication skills.
- Curious by nature — you enjoy exploring ideas across diverse subject areas.
- Able to write clearly and engagingly on a broad range of topics.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working within structured guidelines.
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
Preferred skills
- Background in writing, journalism, education, creative writing, or communications.
- Experience with critical thinking, research, or content development.
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user.
- Broad general knowledge spanning science, culture, history, or technology.
Experience and education
- No technical, AI, or professional writing background required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.

$40–$120 per hour.
