Responsibilities
- Craft original, diverse prompts across a wide range of topics — from logic and science to ethics, creativity, and everyday life.
- Design questions, scenarios, and challenges that test AI reasoning, accuracy, and creativity.
- Create prompts specifically designed to probe edge cases, expose weaknesses, and surface unexpected behaviors.
- Write prompts that assess AI responses for safety, helpfulness, and factual integrity.
- Follow structured style guides and prompt-writing frameworks with precision and consistency.
- Iterate on your prompts based on project feedback and evolving research needs.
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
Required skills
- A creative thinker who naturally asks interesting questions and explores ideas from multiple angles.
- Strong writer with the ability to communicate clearly across a diverse range of topics and styles.
- Intellectually curious — comfortable venturing into unfamiliar subject areas.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow structured guidelines while still bringing originality to your work.
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently.
Preferred skills
- Experience in writing, journalism, education, research, or content creation.
- Background in philosophy, linguistics, logic, or any discipline requiring rigorous thinking.
- Familiarity with AI tools or chatbots as an end user.
- Ability to write prompts across multiple subject areas or domains.
Experience and education
- No AI, technical, or academic background required.
Schedule details
10–40 hours per week.
Eligibility
Work arrangement: Fully remote
Eligible countries: Spain
Compensation details
$40–$120 per hour.
