How our hiring process works

• Apply at /apply/psychiatrist-clinical-review. About five minutes. Resume plus your license details.
• Review. Every application is read and gets a decision.
• Onboarding. Complete ID verification, sign the contractor agreement, connect Stripe, and get platform access.

• MD or DO from a US institution.
• Active US medical license (full or training license), practicing or training in psychiatry in the US.
• Attending psychiatrists, and residents or fellows in a US psychiatry program, are both welcome. All subspecialties welcome.
• You can write clinical reasoning clearly enough for another psychiatrist to follow it.
