Participants will wear a head-mounted Insta360 X5 and record short “Day in a Life” video sessions while naturally performing everyday activities. This is not acting or scripted filming — we are looking for realistic activities performed as you normally would in daily life.

Typical activities may include:

• Cooking or preparing meals.
• Cleaning and organizing your home.
• Laundry and household tasks.
• Working or studying.
• Shopping and running errands.
• Walking, commuting, or spending time outdoors.
• Gardening or yard work.
• Creative activities such as drawing or playing music.
• Pet care and other everyday routines.

• Record approximately 10-minute continuous first-person videos using a head-mounted Insta360 X5.
• Perform assigned everyday activities naturally and without following a scripted performance.
• Follow simple recording and camera setup instructions.
• Record in eligible residential, outdoor, and, where appropriate, commercial environments.
• Provide basic information about each recording, such as the activity performed and recording environment.
• Follow all privacy, consent, and data collection requirements.
• Complete training and sample recordings before beginning full production.

• Insta360 X5 is required for this project.
• Have Insta360 X5.
