About the role

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Responsibilities

  • Receive images of research and insights slides (e.g., research readouts, survey results, segmentation analyses, competitive landscapes) and reconstruct them in Microsoft PowerPoint with enhanced clarity and visual impact.
  • Apply advanced presentation design, data visualization, and content editing skills to improve slide quality while preserving research accuracy and intent.
  • Write a comprehensive log for each assignment, detailing all changes made and justifying decisions to retain or reject specific elements, emphasizing both improvement and preservation of sound choices.
  • Ensure factual accuracy and maintain domain-specific definitions, caveats, and research context throughout each slide reconstruction.
  • Demonstrate and articulate effective visual storytelling, message hierarchy, supported titles, and exhibit selection in executive presentations.
  • Participate in task-based, sprint-driven production cycles with flexible timing; each slide engagement is expected to require 1–2 hours.

Preferred skills

  • Proven expertise in building or refining executive or client-facing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization, slide reconstruction, and presentation design principles tailored for research communication.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, attention to detail, and clear written communication skills.
  • Ability to defend methodological choices and explain the rationale behind design and messaging decisions.
  • Background as an industry practitioner or consultant in research and insights, with domain expertise prioritized over consulting-firm pedigree.
  • Experience in AI training, evaluation, or rubric development is a plus, but not required.

Experience and education

  • 3+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, analytics, or related quantitative research disciplines.
