About the role
We need your professional judgment, not AI.
- You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
- Opportunities can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
- Your participation will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
Responsibilities
- Discuss how your architecture firm transforms messy operational data into structured evaluations.
- Walk us through your day-to-day data management and post-training workflows.
- Evaluate hypothetical data structuring scenarios and provide feedback on their efficiency.
- Describe the tools and methodologies your team uses to manage internal architectural data.
Experience and education
- Strong hands-on Revit experience. A free Revit trial is fine, but Revit needs Windows.
- A good eye for drawing quality, code and documentation standards.
- Professional experience handling data operations or workflows within an architecture firm.
- Hands-on experience converting unstructured operational data into structured formats.
- Familiarity with post-training evaluations and internal data management practices.
- Comfortable discussing technical workflows in a remote video interview.
- Aged 18 or older.
- Works inside an architecture firm handling operational data, evaluations, or structured data for post-training.
Language requirements
- Fluent in English.
Assessment requirements
Calibration (about 2 hours): model two small rooms in Revit. Then review two sample tasks: watch a short walkthrough, fix a flawed review checklist, and grade the work.
Important: AI tools may not be used to build the model, write your review, or polish your answers. Submissions showing AI use are disqualified. The client is paying for human architectural judgment.
They will answer questions about their job role and complete a task regarding architecture operational data.
You'll start with a short screening interview.
