This role centers on benchmark task creation and evaluation: you'll author realistic, economically valuable real estate tasks and rubrics grounded in your own professional experience, then grade AI-generated deliverables against them.

• Grade AI-generated deliverables (often Word documents, reports, or spreadsheets) against your rubric and professional judgment.
• Take part in calibration sessions with other evaluators to align scoring standards.
