In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. • Review inpatient cases for clinical quality, documentation accuracy, and appropriate care.
• Use clinical judgment to identify unclear, complex, or unusual cases.
• Provide clear feedback and explain the reasoning behind your decisions.
• Help improve guidelines and review standards used to train AI models.
• Document findings clearly and support decisions with clinical standards when needed.
• Work with the project team to clarify difficult cases and questions.
• Help maintain high-quality and consistent review standards.

• Experience leading or contributing to inpatient quality, documentation improvement, or coding/QA programs is a plus.
